What we do

In today’s market, the affordable housing deficit is a serious challenge across the country. We’ve experienced these obstacles firsthand as developers — and we know our clients and prospective homeowners are feeling it too. In response, we’ve partnered with Clayton Homes to offer their CrossMod® product: a hybrid housing solution that combines the efficiency of factory construction with the design and curb appeal of traditional site-built homes.

While building a majority of a home in a factory might seem unconventional, it's increasingly aligned with today’s residential construction trends. Many modern builders already use wall panelization — pre-framed sections built off-site and assembled on-site — to enhance efficiency and quality. CrossMod® takes this further by constructing most of the home in a precision-controlled facility, minimizing delays and improving consistency from foundation to finish.

Backed by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, CrossMod® homes use high-end materials, energy-efficient features, and customizable designs — all at a more attainable price point. We elevate the core product with custom floor plans and architectural enhancements, including dormers, trey ceilings, higher-pitched rooflines, garages, and spacious covered porches. The result is a one-of-a-kind home tailored to each client’s vision, without sacrificing efficiency or value.

Most importantly, CrossMod® homes appraise like site-built homes using site-built comparables and qualify for conventional single-family financing with no adjustments — giving our clients the flexibility, equity potential, and financing options of a traditional home, combined with the advantages of advanced factory construction.
